As we embark on a new term, I think this is the perfect time for all of us to take a few moments to reflect on our goals as Toastmasters. As someone once said "It is a dream until you write it down, and then it is a goal".

For the newer members, if you are unsure of certain terms (CTM, ACG, ACS etc) that are used in the survey, this is your cue to go back to the New Member kit and review the manuals. As always please feel free to send me or any of the officers an email with your questions.

Hi Sharad,
This looks good! I noticed your favourite TED website. That seems to be good site. Do you have any experience with that? May be this blog can provide links to many good speeches or useful links? Also, how about a dashboard of our club member progress? Just some ideas... I will also try creating one.
